A crisp, green bed of salad greens.
Creamy avocado slices.
Crunchy, nutty peanuts.
Mild red onion slices.
Tender grilled chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder and a little bit of cayenne pepper.
And finished off with a drizzle of nutty yet tart vinaigrette.
My favorite bite included avocado, peanuts and the vinaigrette.
I loved the use of sesame oil instead of EVOO or canola oil in the vinaigrette – SO much flavor.
A seriously delish combo.
