Avocado toast. Everyone’s doing it.
It’s the cool thing to do.
But even if it wasn’t, I’d still do it.
Because it’s delicious. It’s easy and
pie toast. And it’s healthy.
Oh, and you can eat it for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner.
But I made mine a little differently this morning.
I slathered the avocado on a toasted gluten-free waffle.
And I will forever want to eat avocado toast on a waffle now.
