Apple Cider Cocktail.
Fresh apple cider plus dark rum. So so so good. And I’m not usually a dark rum fan. Make it even better by rimming the glass with cinnamon and sugar. I’m obsessed.
Oak Smoked Cheddar from TJ’s. Fantastic on crackers. I can’t believe how much I like this cheese.
We also tried a cinnamon dusted Tuscano cheese from TJ’s. It wasn’t what I expected and it wasn’t creamy at all. I think it would be best used in a savory bread rather than with crackers.
I’m thankful for adventurous taste buds – I absolutely love trying new foods and experimenting in the kitchen. Thanks, Big Guy for being such a trooper.
